❂ President | Priyanka Mitra
The President works with Secretary and VP to have events for the club, and is the representative of our Beta Club.
-S/he works closely with the Secretary and VP to find events/update doings for the club. The President keeps in close contact with event and Beta Convention sponsors and staff, thanking them for giving our club the chance to help out in our community.
-S/he also micromanages all other officers, making sure everyone’s tasks are completed, and has a hand in helping assist each officer with their duties. S/he also plans officer meetings, coming up with topics of discussion, sends emails, and keeps in CLOSE contact with the Beta sponsor.
-In addition, the President will be in charge of compiling club information as a whole (creating all meeting powerpoint, etc.)

✰ Vice President | Aurielle West
The Vice President is in charge of finding and coordinating ALL events.
-S/he must email several key adult figures across the cities of Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, and all over Atlanta, maintaining relations and working with our various event coordinators and sponsors throughout the year.
-VP must have courteous, polite manners and thank each sponsor that allows our students to serve their cause.
-In addition, the Vice President will take over the duties and responsibilities of the President if the President is deemed unfit during his/her tenure.

⁂ Secretary | Mantra Patel
The Secretary keeps the club running smoothly by taking care of members’ needs and updating members.
-S/he is in charge of establishing sign-up lists for every volunteer event, as well as sending emails with continuous updates about available volunteer opportunities and upcoming Beta meetings.
-In addition, s/he is in charge of ALL hour inputting, updating the Beta website, and maintaining the Remind system for future Beta Club meeting and event reminders.

⁑ Treasurer | Ishita Patel
The Treasurer is the money man/woman of Beta Club.
-The Treasurer is responsible for several expenses, including Beta Convention funds, T-shirt funds, ordering/shipping T-shirts, and coordinating with Mrs. Price to book a space for Convention sales in the Commons (1 week per semester).
-The treasurer is also responsible for securing enough Beta Convention sponsors during the year, as well as securing all items (Ramen noodles, sweet tea, etc.) for sale during Commons fundraising.
-The treasurer keeps in close contact with our sponsor, and Ms. Eisenhardt, our school's bookkeeper.

❀Historian | Aryan Jooma
The Historian is in charge of all creative and visual elements of Beta Club.
-The Historian is in charge of taking and compiling photos of our Beta Club throughout the year, whether it be pictures of club meetings to our club working hard at events.
-Sh/he is in charge of maintaining the website (not the events).
-S/he will also be our official yearbook correspondent, taking pictures (the more, the merrier!) for our section of the yearbook. S/he also shares our photos on social media outlets (including Facebook and Instagram!)
-S/he will also be in charge of submitting a scrapbook compilation at Beta Convention in the springtime, and recording memories from BetaCon.
